Wow I had a really good look at myself today not only in the eyes of my warped mirror but from the eyes of God that said that I had been bought with a price and my body was not my own, but it was His, not only that but my spirit. I decided that today was going to be the beginning of new things for me, come with me on my journey, join me if you wish, for 3 months I will incorporating a Daniel fast style lifestyle, as my husband put it, it's time for my belly to go to boot camp so it's going with a lot of my bad habits like going to bed late and getting my priorities right. The verse was
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (KJV)
(KJV v19) What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? (KJV v20) For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
